• public relation of the project idea 
• creation of an international partnership which covers the complete alpine space 
• harmonisation of the project idea between the partners
  

main activities:

• creation a presentation of the project concept  
• looking for potential partners (contacts, meetings with representatives of potential partners) 
• project presentation on congresses, workshops, fairs, etc. 
• personal dialogue with all partners and experts by phone, E-mail or at meetings
• coordinating and harmonising the needs, ideas and objectives of the different partners (exchange and integration of the suggestions into the project concept) 
• translation work
