objectives:
- coordination of all partners and expert groups
contemporary distribution of information
optimised project progression by minimised language barrier
main activities:
kick off meeting with all persons in charge
definition of a detailed time schedule and financing plan (harmonised with all partners)
implementation of an ongoing reporting system (publication of all information)
installation of a web-based information system and ongoing reporting system
translation of the most important documents for all partners
workshops, e-mail contact, personal dialogue to all partners: ongoing check of time schedule, financing plan and operative work
