objectives:

• recommendations for the activation of a transalpine traffic network (organisational model including all steps which are necessary to realize the complete system)

main activities:

• definition of action items (including time and cost effort) for all the improvements found in the previous WP7 and WP8
• identification of the responsible target group for each action item (political issue, railway responsibility, organisational issue)
• in case no one has taken on responsibility (e.g. international coordination of the information), a recommendation for a best solution will be elaborated
• preparation, calculation, implementation and evaluation of the two pilot projects with the target groups
